Beer Jug Relay
Object is for teams to transfer “beer” from full buckets
at 1 end of the course to empty buckets at the other end.
Each team will be composed of 6 members, and competition will be
limited to the first 6 teams that register, either online or at
the Oktoberfest. Team members take turns, relay-style, transferring
“beer.” The trick is that each player must do
this by balancing the filled mugs on the palms of their hands as
they transport it from one end of the course to the other. If a
team member spills his or her “beer” before dumping
it into the destination bucket, that member must return to the beginning
bucket, refill the mug and continue on the course. The first
team to fill their bucket to overflowing is the winner.
Beer Stein Holding
Object is to hold a large beer mug filled with beer in front of
body so that no beer spills from the mug. Mug must be held with
one hand only, and once the competition begins, those participating
cannot switch hands. Participants are eliminated when the level
of their mugs drops enough to allow beer to spill from it. The
winner is the person who outlasts all other contestants. |
